Mobile City Hall

We believe that City services should be accessible and available to all Chicagoans, no matter where they live. The Office of the City Clerk is launching its reimagined Mobile City Hall initiative by bringing services to your community. We are partnering with various City departments and sister agencies, Aldermanic offices, State and County elected officials, community organizations and CityKey business partners.

At a Mobile City Hall site, you will have the opportunity to access services like:

  • Purchase a City Sticker
  • Purchase a Residential Parking Permits
  • Purchase Dog Licenses
  • *Get a FREE CityKey card
  • Explore CityKey business partners
  • Learn more about their local community organizations

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to ask questions and gain a better understanding of the services offered with our participating partners.

*If you're interested in getting your CityKey, please schedule an appointment by visiting www.getcitykey.com.
